Scope: Design and construction of a new 18,000sqft administration, maintenance and office facility complete with all mechanical, electrical and integrated communications systems. Work included excavation and backfill, site services, substation modifications, seismic upgrades to adjacent structures, cast-in-place concrete, 250 stone columns for soil densification, structural steel, masonry and all associated high quality finishes.
