Scope: SEISMIC UPGRADE - Seismic upgrade of the south approach including six of the main bents complete with excavation, foundation construction, column encasements, cross-head construction, lateral restraints, longitudinal restraints, reinforced concrete, structural steel and bearings. Project also included the cleanup and removal of contaminated PCB materials.
