Our range of project experience is substantial with projects completed all over British Columbia, Canada. Our diversity facilitates the merging of ideas and experiences from various construction sectors where typically contractors would stay within their own specific sector. At Mutual Construction, we believe this diversity is a key factor in our ability to provide clients with a complete package on a variety of project requirements.

With Mutual self-performing the majority of the work, there is a general decrease in our reliance on sub-trades, which provides the client and ourselves better control of all facets of the project: safety, quality, schedule, budget, and overall project performance. However, we do maintain, and are proud of, our long-standing relationships with many well-established trade contractors for reinforcing steel, structural steel, electrical, and mechanical scope items.
